Meet Our Team

Drew, Office Manager

Drew, who joined DiBona Dental in 2021, was born and raised in New Hampshire and currently lives in Concord with his husband and their dog, Neytiri. He joins the DiBona team after many years in team management where he specialized in improving efficiencies and customer experience. Drew is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University and plans to graduate in 2023 with a degree in Business Administration. He is an avid animal lover who loves to show off pictures of his dog and take long walks with her on local trails. If you don’t see them together, he’s probably off at the beach, working in his gardens or whipping up some baked goods in the kitchen. Drew is dedicated to improving the patient experience, as well as supporting and helping his team grow.


Karen, Insurance Coordinator

Karen is the office veteran. She has been our front desk patient coordinator since 1995. She always surprises other staff members with delicious cakes or pies on their birthday. Karen loves turtles! She and her two children have a Russian tortoise named Eragon.


Amy, RDH & Safety Coordinator

Amy has been with the DiBona Dental Group since 2002.  She graduated from Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA, where she grew up. Amy has one daughter who keeps her busy being a group leader for her Daisy Troop. Amy and her husband can often be found at the beach just down the street from their house.


Jessica, Treatment Coordinator

Jessica joined our team in 2021 and is a Registered Dental Hygienist in Canada. She recently moved from Ottawa, Ontario to be with her husband, a New Hampshire native. Jessica is our treatment coordinator and is often the first person you will meet with when joining our practice. She enjoys helping patients understand their treatment options, and is a liaison between the dentists and patients. Jessica and her husband love spending their free time at Salisbury beach, and enjoy exploring the seacoast, traveling, and spending as much time outside as possible.


Marion, CDA & Clinical Coordinator

Marion grew up in Germany where she started her dental career in 1978. In 2001, she moved to the U.S. and currently lives in Maine with her husband and two sons. Marion's family back in Germany includes her daughter, her granddaughter (who is the light of her life) and her mother, and she frequently hops across the Atlantic to visit them. In 2008, Marion joined the team at the DiBona Dental Group. Outside the office, Marion enjoys cooking both German and American cuisine. Marion loves the beach no matter what season it is, and she is an avid reader and loves to hike the mountains of northern Maine.


Donna, Registered Dental Hygienist

Donna joined the DiBona Dental Group in 2020. Originally from Littleton,
MA, she relocated to Exeter to be closer to her family. Donna knew early on what her career would be. During the 7th grade she was exposed to the world of dental hygiene during an after-school program. She knew from then on what her career and passion would be Dental Hygiene! She graduated at the top of her class in 1991 from Middlesex Community College in Bedford MA and has her local anesthesia license from Quinsigamond Community College. She is known for administering gentle and pain-free local anesthetic, so for anyone who struggles through cleanings, you may be able to be numb for your visit! Outside the office, Donna enjoys spending time with her sisters, her niece
and little great niece and nephew. She loves Siamese cats and is a mom to three of them (Teddy, Jake and Nick!). Donna is a big fan of the New England Patriots and Tom Brady. On weekends she can be found hiking in the White Mountains, as well as in her backyard, gardening.


Amy, Registered Dental Hygienist

Amy began her dental career working for her orthodontist while in high school. She enjoyed dentistry and continued with her dental education, graduating from NHTI. She completed the Certified Dental Assistant program in 1992 and Expanded Duty Orthodontics in 1993. She continued with her Associate in Science, with a major in Health Science in 1994 and an Associate in Science with a major in Dental Hygiene in 1996. In 2014 she completed her BS in Applied Studies with honors.

Amy became one of the first dental hygienists in NH to become certified in local anesthesia in 2003. She is also certified to administer and monitor nitrous oxide sedation. In 2005 she completed the DOCS (Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation) course for adult oral sedation monitoring.

Amy has attended numerous courses and seminars throughout her many years in dentistry, including Pankey, Seattle Institute for Advanced Education, American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, numerous lectures at Tufts, and attendance at the International Symposium on Periodontal and Restorative Dentistry.

While not in the office, Amy enjoys hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking, as

well as quiet time with a good book. She is an accomplished potter, who throws pots on the wheel, and makes beautiful pieces such as custom vases, birdhouses, and bowls. She also appreciates coming home to her unconditionally loving cats.


Melissa, Registered Dental Hygenist

Melissa joined our practice in 2022 after graduating from New Hampshire's Technical Institute as a Registered Dental Hygienist and is licensed to administer nitrous oxide as well as local anesthesia. Melissa grew up in Methuen, MA, and now resides in Windham, NH with her family. Outside the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as her two guinea pigs, Peanut and Luna. She also likes going to the gym, going for walks, and listening to music.


Beth, Patient Coordinator

Beth, originally from North Reading, MA, joined the practice in 2020. She was a dental assistant for 12 years before moving into the administrative side of things. Beth lives in Fremont with her husband and two daughters. She loves to cook, camp, and be outdoors any chance she gets!


Maggie, Patient Coordinator

Maggie is a Boston native and has been living on the NH seacoast for the past 17 years with her husband and two daughters.  A career in the dental field was in the cards for Maggie, as she was born with two teeth! Currently, Maggie is working on her bachelor's degree in psychology with a concentration on wellness and prevention at Granite State College. When not working, she can be found gardening, refinishing old furniture, jewelry making, going to the beach, and exploring the beauty of NH with her family. 


Kayla,  Endodontic and Periodontic Coordinator

Kayla joined the practice in 2016, after completing her training at Northeast Collaborative School of Dental Assisting. She enjoys assisting with surgeries, including endodontic microsurgeries as well as extractions and dental implants. She can often be found working with Dr. Pauk on many root canal procedures (she will help put you at ease, even if you are an anxious patient!) Outside the office, she enjoys hiking with her dog or spending the warmer weekends at the beach with her friends.


Stephanie,  Dental Assistant

Steph completed her training at the Northeast Collaborative of Dental Assistant program. The thing she enjoys most about her profession is making apprehensive patients feel more comfortable during a procedure, which builds the patients' confidence and allows for comprehensive dental care.  Steph's favorite food is chicken-whole, battered or grilled. She and her family enjoy the great NH outdoors as much as possible. She is expecting baby #2 this December!


Kristen,  Dental Assistant

Kristen joined the practice in 2021 after graduating from Northeast Collaborative School of Dental Assisting. Her favorite procedures to assist are crown preparations and problem focused exams, where she gets to work as a team to help the doctor treatment plan a case, and provide patients with guidance, support and education about oral health. When not in the office, Kristen can be found at a hot yoga class, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.


Amanda,  Certified Dental Assistant

Amanda has been in dentistry since 2014 and has enjoyed all aspects of dentistry, including oral surgery, dental implants and 3d scanning of dental crowns. Outside the office, she loves being in the mountains, or by the ocean. Amanda has an energetic chihuahua mix who loves fast walks and snuggles on the couch. When she has a chance for a weekend getaway, she and her husband enjoy hiking in Acadia national park.


Nina DiBona Pauk, R.D., L.D., Dietitian

Nina DiBona Pauk, R.D., L.D. is our staff dietitian. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Brown University. She then attended Simmons College, where she completed the didactic program in dietetics. She then went on to complete an 11-month dietetic internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA, where she gained extensive practical knowledge in weight loss counseling and management of different disease states. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, yoga, reading, waterskiing, downhill skiing, and spending time with her young son and husband (Dr. Pauk!). Nina's Integrative Nutritional Approach.
